Randall Allen Eplion

Randall Allen Eplion Of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away July 4, 2025 at the age of Sixty One years, Five months and Four days. He was born January 29, 1964 to Kenneth Eplion and the late Lilly Underwood and is also preceded in death by one son, Kenny Ray Eplion; and four siblings, Tina, Marsha, Kenny and Mark. Randall was among all things a family man and enjoyed spending time with his loved one. Among his hobbies included working on cars and riding his Harley. He was a man of many talents—someone who could fix just about anything. Whether it was a broken-down car, a piece of machinery, or something around the house, he just had a way of figuring things out. He built race cars from the ground up, and there was something so impressive about the way he could take a pile of parts and turn it into something powerful, fast, and alive. That was his gift—he could bring things to life with his hands. He had a mind that was sharp and curious, and he was naturally good at just about anything he put his mind to. Not everyone is built like that—some people have to try and try, but with him, it just seemed to come naturally. Whether it was mechanics, carpentry, or anything else, he made it look easy. He was well liked by the people around him. He had that kind of presence—strong, skilled, steady. And though life is complicated and relationships are sometimes messy, the truth is, he made an impact. His absence will be felt, and he will be missed. So today, we just want to say thank you to him—for the ways he showed up, for the things he built, and for the parts of him that live on in those of us who knew him. Those left to cherish his memory include eight children, Sean Eplion, Judy Eplion, Randy Eplion, Julie Eplion, Amber Lyons, Ishmeal Lewis, Dakota Lewis and Justin Roberts; three siblings, Rodney Eplion, Mike Eplion and Teresa Bowman; and six grandchildren, Sean Eplion, Addison Eplion, Ariana Elkins, Lakin Hart, Henry Davis and Jaylen Davis. Funeral service will be 12:00 P.M. Friday, July 18, 2025 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, WV with Bob Hogsett officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M., Friday, July 18, 2025 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, WV.
